It greatly saddens me to send you this letter of resignation. Effective the end of this month, I no longer will be working at PT Damai Sejahtera as a Chemical Support Tecgnician.

I will be resigning due to a number of worsening health complications for some time and feel it would be best to focus on recovery. Unfortunately, it has become clear that I am unable to meet my duties and expectations as Chemical Support Technician. It is therefore in the best interest of all parties that I resign.

I have been fortunate to be given the fantastic opportunities to grow and make lifelong friends during my time at PT Damai Sejahtera. Thank you so much for your guidance and support during my tenure.

Although I no longer can do the work I once could, I hope to remain a resource and that we will stay in touch. Thank you so much for all opportunities, and I wish everyone at PT Damai Sejahtera the very best and your company always growing.
